Our very first WDX Immersive Wedding Fayre took place on 5th October 2025 at the beautiful Rushpool Hall and it was truly beyond anything we imagined.

Set within the stunning Victorian manor house, the venue provided the perfect backdrop for finally launching months and months of planning and the WDX concept. Rather than a traditional wedding fayre, we created an immersive wedding environment where couples could experience the atmosphere of a real wedding day. The rooms were brought to life with incredible suppliers, styled scenes, live entertainment and interactive experiences.

The response was overwhelming.

With over 360 guests attending, the event was received incredibly well by both couples and suppliers. The energy throughout the day was fantastic, with busy rooms, meaningful conversations, and many suppliers securing bookings directly from the event.

Seeing couples walk through the venue, visualising their own wedding day and connecting with talented local suppliers confirmed exactly why we created WDX. It proved that couples want more than just a traditional fayre, they want to experience how everything can come together.

The success of that very first event at Rushpool Hall set the foundation for what WDX has become today, and it remains a moment we’re incredibly proud of.
